Thursday 3 February marks Time to Talk Day 2022, an initiative from Mind and Rethink Mental Illness, in partnership with Co-op.
Time to Talk Day is about encouraging people to talk about mental health and creating supportive communities. We all have mental health, by talking about it we can support ourselves and others.
How to take part in Time to Talk Day 2022
- Ask questions and listen
- Think about the time and the place
- Don’t try and fix it
- Treat them the same
- Be patient
