Speakers:

David Bibby

Senior Director

David is a Senior Director at ISN. In this role he leads ISNs operations across the EMEA helping customers reduce risk and increase 3rd party due diligence, based in London. He is also ISN’s executive sponsor for ESG / Sustainability product development. He has more than 16 years of Health and Safety experience, including 7 years as one of Her Majesty’s Inspectors of Health and Safety with the Health and Safety Executive (HSE). David has wide-ranging experience of industries including petrochemical, manufacturing, construction and services.

He holds a BA Honours degree in geography from Swansea University and a post-graduate diploma in health and safety from Warwick University. In addition, he is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) and a certified European Occupational Safety and Health Manager (EurOSHM).

In December 2022, David was named a finalist in the SHP Trailblazer ESG award.

David has presented on numerous topics including the changing face of Health & Safety, the legal and moral importance of effective contractor management, building a positive safety culture, SIF incidents & prevention, and thought leadership studies on contractor management.

Sean Johnson

Senior HSE Specialist

Sean is a Senior Safety Specialist, on ISN’s HSE team, known as RAVS.

Since joining ISN in 2018, Sean has assisted with the review and verification of contractors’ HSE and ESG documentation, including written policies and procedures, certificates, and auditing contractors’ process implementation. He has also helped to launch RAVS Plus Safety assessment processes in Slovakia, The Netherlands, Norway and the United Kingdom.

Prior to joining ISN, Sean held the reigns as the Health and Safety coordinator at the Discovery Channel Networks Europe, as well as working as a safety consultant in multiple UK sectors.

Sean holds a Bachelor of Science in Fire and Leadership studies from the university of Central Lancashire (UCLAN). He is also a graduate member of IOSH, currently working towards his chartered status.

Walter Haug

Senior ESG Specialist

Walter Haug is a Senior ESG Specialist on ISN’s ESG Team.

Since joining ISN in 2021, Walter has worked with several teams to develop and enhance ISN’s ESG products and services. He also drives several internal ESG reporting initiatives and net-zero strategy progress.

Prior to joining ISN, Walter worked for a non-profit focusing on sustainability in supply chains and EcoVadis, a sustainability ratings provider.

Walter holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Arts in International Development and Economic Policy from Texas A&M University. He is also a Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting (FSA) credential holder.
