First National Bank has partnered with PanicGuard, offering its employees a personal safety app linked to on-demand armed response.
With most incidents putting the bank’s workforce at risk being outside of the ‘traditional’ workspace, the company saw the rising need to secure their employees, regardless of where they are.
This move has not only allowed them to offer staff greater peace of mind but, with the rise of a remote and travelling workforce, also future proof as digital transformation starts to take centre stage in the financial sector.
“Rolling out this technology drives employee satisfaction and safety – which are all key to our ongoing success,” said Shirene Ruscoe, FNB Travel Risk.
This move is a clear indication of the future of the workplace and what needs to be implemented across organisations in a bid to stay at the forefront of business.
PanicGuard Ltd is the creators of Zecure – the flexible subscription based personal safety solution that makes your solution, yours. See it for yourself on Stand SH4082 at Safety & Health Expo, from 18-20 June at London’s ExCeL.
