Should wellbeing be part of Health & Safety? Is remote working an area of concern? Do we have to care how safe people are when they get to and from work?

There are a growing number of asks of the Health & Safety team and a conflict in views of where they should be involved. In this webinar, we will explore some of the new asks and where Health & Safety teams should be involved.

In this webinar, we will cover:

  • Actual risk vs perceptions of risk – what should be measured and acted on?
  • Impact of perception of risk to wellbeing and productivity
  • Wellbeing. Is this outside or part of the Health & Safety remit?
  • Remote & hybrid working. What are the risks and how should H&S help?
  • Commuting & business travel. Where should you draw the line?

Freddie McGrath

Marketing Director, PeopleSafe

Through his role with Peoplesafe, the largest provider of personal safety technology in the world, Freddie has developed in-depth research studies into the perceptions of personal safety across all industries. This research has shown surprisingly high concerns across the working population, yet a glaring gap in the actions and views of businesses.

Using these insights and his knowledge of global enterprise organisations, Freddie has led discussions across Health & Safety and HR events to encourage debate and raise awareness of these issues. As a passionate advocate of wellbeing in organisations, he believes that all organisations need to acknowledge and do more to protect and get the best out of their people.
