Throwback Thursday: Stress test survey results
In our Christmas Throwback Thursday we posted a stress test survey from December 1995. The results from that survey were published in April 1996, and the article is pictured below. It’s interesting that a good section of responders thought there was a need for introducing stress as a motivator in the workplace. And one worrying response to the question about bullying stated, “bullying employees is an essential way of achieving authority, if you don’t bully them they will bully you”. Hopefully opinions have changed, or perhaps it’s encouraging that it was only the one comment saying such.
