A free app for smartphones and tablet devices has been developed to raise awareness of and interest in eye health among employees.
The Sight Check app has been launched by Specsavers Corporate Eyecare, which says it is easy to use and employs the latest technology. The app includes a series of tests that help employees take an active interest in their eye health. Should the app recommend a full eye examination at the end of the test, the user can book one directly via the Internet.€
