Heather Beach, Director of UBM’s OSH portfolio introduced the event to an audience of well over 5o delegates.

Part of Professor Marsh’s presentation focused on elements that create a feeling of well-being, they include; family/friends, work, health, money and giving. He was also keen to emphasise that “bad managers are the number one reason why people leave work.”

Before taking questions from the audience, Professor Marsh treated delegates to a dose of meditation, an important part of well-being.

Great to see Prof Tim Marsh spreading the messages about well-being. More important than most of us realise!
