Prominent safety figures form new partnership
Two prominent figures in international safety culture and leadership have joined forces to create RyderMarshSharman.
Dr Tim Marsh and Andrew Sharman have over 40 years of experience in research and practice, most notably as occupational psychologists, organisational behaviourists, leadership consultants, ergonomists and human factors specialists.
Dr Marsh founded RyderMarsh in 1994 to offer safety culture support for organisations across the oil and gas, mining, construction, aerospace, pharmaceutical, utilities and transportation sectors.
Andrew Sharman has been in safety leadership for 20 years and worked in more than 100 countries where he has supported several Fortune 500/FTSE 100 industry-leaders such as Heineken, RBS Group, and Owens-Illinois.
His own consulting business, formed in 2013 and specialising in safety leadership and behavioural change, has worked with a wide range of international clients in the commercial sector as well as NGOs such as the World Health Organization and the United Nations.
