He has written widely in peer reviewed Health and Safety periodicals on the subjects of safety leadership, cultural change and behavioural safety.  Richard is also the author of IOSH’s book: ‘Be the Best: How to become a world-class health and safety professional’ and IIRSM’s book: ‘Driving Safety: A practical guide to driver risk management’. Richard is a chartered member of IOSH and an Associate Member of IEMA.
