With more than 936 pages, the largest catalogue to date, the Big Book has, according to Arco, become the reference tool for safety managers, business owners and workers throughout the UK and Ireland when selecting the best safety products and advice. The use of new Arco ‘Safety Language’ – a range of simple symbols – is said to make product selection via this year’s catalogue even easier.
Products highlighted in the catalogue include Arco’s new Trojan Baselayer range, which, the company says, has been designed as a step-up in thermal protection. Each garment in the range is made from hydrobase fabric and wicks away moisture, while providing warmth. Based on customer feedback, Arco has also developed a range of cold-store clothing, for comfortable and hard-wearing head-to-toe protection.
Effective hand protection is also featured in the shape of the firm’s Industrial Skincare range, described as a three-step system to clean and protect hands. A metatarsal boot, described as ‘revolutionary’, is also highlighted in this year’s catalogue. The boot features Poron® XRD impact-protection technology built into the tongue, which is said to provide protection while affording the wearer a comfortable, flexible fit.
