Coaching for safety course
A new IOSH-approved ‘coaching for safety’ course has been developed by Michael Emery, director of Securus Health & Safety Ltd.
The two-day event, which is taking place in November 2013 is open to all safety people, regardless of their level of technical competence.
According to the company the training event is designed to equip the attendees with well-known and widely-practiced coaching skills and to raise their effectiveness in the workplace.
Michael Emery, who has 25 years’ experience as a career practitioner, believes that coaching skills enable the practitioner to be properly supportive and to help managers exercise their responsibilities for health and safety.
Places for the IOSH approved ‘coaching for safety’ course cost £499 + VAT are limited.
