In focus – Legislation and Guidance

Each month in 2016, SHP will give a focus to a particular theme. This month we will be looking at health and safety legislation and guidance changes, with a look at new regulations and amendments coming into force, as well as an examination of how the CDM regulations 2015 are performing one year on from being introduced, and how the sentencing guidelines are bedding in.
