Leadership talks dominate at IOSH 2016

The programme for IOSH 2016 has been finalised, with talks on leadership and influencing taking the main stage throughout the two-day conference.

Over 500 people have secured their place at the conference, where CEOs, directors and specialists will be delivering talks on leadership, innovation and changing safety culture.

Well-known figures in health and safety including John Green, director HSE, Laing O’Rourke, Dr Kirstin Ferguson, director and founder, Orbitas Group, and Clive Johnson, group head of health and safety, Land Securities, will take to the stage to talk to senior representatives from Network Rail, Airbus Group, Mace, Travis Perkins, and Tesco.

The conference, taking place at London’s ExCeL across the 21-22 June, will see the Keynote Address from Sir Clive Woodward, former head coach of the England Rugby Team, who will address delegates on the ins and outs of leading high-performance teams.

The conference, titled: Influential leadership: delivering impact – sustaining change sees an array of industry views and experiences on influencing positive change and nurturing leadership.

IOSH 2016 runs alongside the Safety & Health Expo (21-23 June), the largest health and safety exhibition in the UK, featuring the latest innovations, products and services as well as seminars and theatres covering occupational health, fleet safety, lone workers and keynote addresses from Kate Adie OBE, James Cracknell OBE and Colonel Tim Collins OBE.
