Throwback Thursday: RPE

Respiratory protective equipment (RPE) is necessary to keep workers in certain industries and job roles safe, and it’s especially important that the equipment fits properly and is comfortable for the wearer.

This article from SHP in January 2001 discusses how RPE has not been adapted to adequately fit women’s needs, and therefore sometimes leaves them without suitable protection.
