During Safety and Health Expo, Arco unveiled what it describes as its state-of-the-art mobile confined-space training unit, designed to help keep people safe when working in confined-space situations.
The unit is said to incorporate the latest technologies to simulate a variety of industrial confined space-working scenarios. Trainees can be immersed in a highly-realistic learning experience, with real-time monitoring and video recording, allowing live instruction and observer learning outside the tunnel system. The unit is deployed at the customer site and enables Arco Training and Consultancy to deliver accredited training programmes, non-accredited, or bespoke programmes, as well as face-fit and breathing-apparatus training.
Visitors were also able to meet Arco’s safety experts and see some of the latest safety innovations, including the Arco Essentials range, said to offer excellent value in a wide range of quality-tested and assured products.
