The individual worker is an integral part of the jobsite ecosystem but is seldom included in feedback or decision-making. We are shifting focus to the worker-level and discussing the concept of giving more ownership to site workers and the positive impact it can have on your company’s business.

Join this webinar to discover how to develop a systematic approach to gathering employee feedback to help improve safety culture, unlock leading indicator insights and build targeted education programs for workers.

Here’s what you can learn by joining the webinar:

  1. Assessing Safety Culture: Discover how leading organizations assess safety culture to identify areas, including competency gaps, between management assumptions and those of front-line workers. This essential step is key to bridging the divide and creating a safer work environment.
  2. Empowering Workers: Learn how enabling workers to take ownership of their safety training fosters a culture that promotes competent workforces. When workers are actively involved in their safety, it leads to a more proactive and safety-conscious work environment.
  3. Tracking Worker Competency: Explore the benefits of tracking individual worker competency, which allows for greater visibility and pinpointing areas where additional training is needed. This data-driven approach is essential for continuous improvement in your safety culture.
