Jason was paralysed from the waist down due to an avoidable accident on a construction site in 1993 when I was just 24 years old. Jason has been sharing his story about his accident since 2009 which a passion to prevent others from having to go through what he and his family and friends have had to go through over the last 30 years. He now talks about how some simple changes he made in his day to day life has had a positive impact on his wellbeing and then he discovered the resilience to start thriving in all aspects of his life, after just coping with anxiety, stress and mental health issues for nearly a quarter of a century.
