Webinar: The importance of influencing to drive proactive safety

Available on demand

We’ve seen first-hand the constant struggle organisations face to achieve a positive safety culture at all levels. Good health and safety means more than just admin tasks and form filling. The digitization of health and safety is no longer a “nice to have” or an initiative that can be put off at a later date.

So, let’s consider how using key health and safety principles along with technology can help support a more proactive approach.

Throughout this session, hosted by SHP, SHE Software’s Head of Sales Enablement, Julian Taylor and Breedon Group’s Head of Health, Safety and Environment, Nigel Clamp will:

  • Explore some of the key influences that need to be in place to support success;
  • Look at some of the missing links around leadership and health and safety;
  • Discuss real-life perspectives on the experience at an operational level and lessons learnt when trying to develop a proactive approach to safety.
