Augustin KizzyKizzy is a criminal regulatory lawyer and Senior Associate at Pinsent Masons LLP, who specialises in the defence of fire safety / health and safety matters. She is a Solicitor-Advocate with higher rights of audience, which means that she appears regularly as an advocate in court proceedings and Coroners’ inquests. Kizzy has significant experience in defending companies and senior employees in corporate manslaughter and serious fire & health and safety prosecutions.

Kizzy provides strategic advice to a number of high profile corporate and commercial clients – both contentious advice in response to an actual incident, as well as preventative consultancy advice in relation to corporate policies and procedures to ensure compliance with fire & health and safety legislation.

Kizzy is on the executive committee for the London Health and Safety Group and is often a keynote speaker for a number of health and safety and fire safety industry bodies.

 

Tim Marsh (1)Professor Tim Marsh PhD, MSc, CFIOSH, CPsychol, SFIIRSM is chairman of the consultancy RyderMarshSharman. He is considered a world authority on the subject of behavioural safety, safety leadership and organisational culture.

He has worked with over 400 organisations including Apple, the World Health Organization and the UN, and has chaired more than two dozen conferences on behavioural safety in the UK.  He has written three books including Affective Safety Management, Talking Safety and Total Safety Culture. He was made a visiting professor at Plymouth University in 2015.

 

Andrew SharmanAndrew is the CEO of RyderMarshSharman, a global consultancy specialising in safety behaviour, culture and leadership. He is a Chartered Fellow and Vice President of the Institution of Occupational Safety & Health (IOSH), a Fellow of the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management and a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership & Management.

Dominic CooperA Chartered Fellow of IOSH, a professional member of the ASSE, and an IOSH award-winning author, Dominic Cooper, Ph.D., is CEO of BSMS Inc., a global safety consulting firm based in Franklin, IN, USA. Dominic consults with senior executives on safety leadership, culture and behavior change and personally leads many projects, often reducing client’s injury rates by 40% or more in the first year.
A licensed Industrial / organisational psychologist and registered safety professional, Dominic pioneered the use of behavioural safety in the UK on behalf of the HSE while studying his Ph.D. at UMIST in 1989. A prior professor of safety, and a past professor of industrial / organisational Psychology at Indiana University, Bloomington, he has authored many books, articles and scientific research papers on safety culture, behavior-based safety and leadership. His latest publication, ‘Strategic Safety Culture Roadmap’ based on an examination of numerous process safety disasters, was published in 2013.

 

Dr Shaun Lundy Pic (1)Dr Shaun Lundy is academic portfolio leader, department of built environment at the University of Greenwich, London. Shaun has over 25 years’ experience as both an academic and practitioner in the field of health, safety & environment. Shaun is the academic portfolio leader for BSc and MSc degree programmes in safety, health, environment and occupational hygiene at the University of Greenwich.

He also currently sits on the Health and Safety Executive’s Myth Busters Challenge Panel set up by the UK Government to scrutinise dubious health and safety decisions in the public interest. Shaun is also a non-executive at 4Site Consulting and the technical editor for Agora business publications on health and safety. Shaun volunteers at IOSH serving as Vice-Chair of the professional standards committee and has a keen interest in education, competence, ethics and leadership in relation to health and safety practice.
