PPE company launches Stop‘N’Go safety gloves in time for Safety and Health Expo 2019

PPE company, PK Safety, launches it’s latest product Stop‘N’Go safety gloves and describes it as a ‘convenient switch’. It will be demonstrated at the Safety and Health Expo at ExCeL London on 18-20 June 2019.

PK Safety is a PPE supplier to a wide range of local authorities, waste collectors and waste processors. The Stop’N’Go gloves is the company’s latest invention and is aiming to provide a simple and convenient solution to reducing incidents and accidents when handling and reversing operations. This invention is a solution to tackle fatal incidents and serious injuries. Obe Nunn, Technical Adviser, expresses that “the largest cause for fatalities being is being struck by a moving vehicle”

As suggested by the HSE, the gloves are coloured red and green on the palm and back of the hand respectively to align with hand signals. Visitors attending the the show in June will be able to test and see the gloves as PK Safety will demonstrate them.

Roy Wells Managing Director also added, “We’ve had fantastic feedback from everyone we’ve presented the Stop’N’Go concept to. There is nothing to install, nothing to hold and nothing you need to be trained on.”
