Some good points from Patrick. More companies should recognise that using any form of Lone Worker Device is only ever going to be part of a much bigger picture. Lone workers’ behaviour is a key control measure and Patrick is absolutely right, the training needs to go further to give people skills and strategies to help keep themselves safe with any Lone Worker Devices being integrated into their way of working.
