I would suggest that not all of them are fantastic, for example No 13. Taken as whole they are a pretty poor body of evidence for the work of HSE inspectors over the last 40 years
Prospect’s publication is a timely reminder of what health and safety professionals are all about. The stories are a fantastic testament to the work of the HSE Inspectors that really makes a difference to the lives of the working people they are protecting.
It makes it all the more appalling that the Government see fit to denigrate the HSE’Inspector’s efforts by cutting proactive inspections by 11,000 per year.
