Safety Leadership: From virtual safety to real safety
Fantastic 4 minute lecture again Dr Dom, the power of Servant Leadership (I call it the Sir Clive Woodward) approach. Works as brilliantly in safety as it does in sport!
Thanks Darren. Appreciate the kind words. If you can get double the impact for the same (or less) effort, it makes great sense to adopt the servant leadership style whenever possible.

Absolutely, they do. I’ve seen it first hand.
Great video. I hope all is well and thanks for the ongoing education.

Thanks Matt. Appreciate your comment. Stay safe out there
Thanks Dominic,
As usually, you’ve captured the nitty gritty of the matter and shared it brilliantly in just 4 minutes.
I would welcome any tips you could offer which may help me to elicit such leadership behaviours from our organisational leaders.
Thanks again, and please keep sharing your knowledge.
