Very common cause for poor safety and cause of many accidents. If these violations can be addressed in any organisation then they will be well on their way to a safety culture. Another great video Tim

Always good videos but you let yourself down on this one!

    I take offence at:
    1. The way a Irish welcome is described.
    2. A Pub is not the place to bring Kids.

      Hi Christy

I’m hoping that comment tongue in cheek! If not just to say that I was seeking a common experience (and one that I’ve experienced myself) where, looking for a sit down and a sandwich somewhere on a holiday isle, a sign promising ‘a warm Irish welcome’ (or some such) doesn’t always deliver what you’d hope! Nothing against my Irish cousins at all.

PS In all seriousness i do think the Continental attitude to bars and children something we could really learn from.

From what I can see this looks like a great talk. Unfortunately I am dependent on subtitles and the subtitles on this video are very inaccurate, so much of what’s being said doesn’t make sense. It would be great if you could make these talks accessible to more people by getting them properly subtitled (professionally done not automatically generated).
