From 1 November, trade professionals will have a new range of fibreglass and aluminium ladders from which to choose.
Ladder manufacturer Werner® is launching more than 100 different products that it intends to make ‘the trade choice’. Abru Limited, a Werner company and a member of the UK Ladder Association, will market the range.
The line-up, says Werner, has safety, quality and durability built into every product, and comprises stepladders, combination ladders, loft ladders, extension ladders, roof ladders and work platforms.
The range will also include fibreglass swingback and platform stepladders, which will be available as either ‘trade’ or ‘industrial’ and, according to Werner, will comply with all the relevant UK and European standards, in particular, BS EN131.
These products also feature a Lock-In System™, which, says Werner, accepts a range of accessories that should reduce the number of trips required up and down a ladder.
The range comes in distinctive blue and yellow packaging, with clear information about classifications, treads, reach height and maximum loads. A free catalogue with details of all the ladder products is available.
