Scissor lifts- X-Series scissor-lift machines

Following its entry into the powered access sector last year, Youngman recently launched two new X-Series scissor-lift machines — the BoSS X2 and BoSS X3X — together with the latest-specification, auto-braked BoSS X3 micro scissor lift.

Youngman says the two new models follow the BoSS X3 design concept, incorporating rigid box-section steel scissors, high-quality, heavy-duty components, with all key serviceable items housed in a pull-out compartment for easy inspection and maintenance.

The BoSS X2 is the smallest in the range, featuring a two-section scissor, with a 2m platform height. Its 12V/80Ah deep-cycle, sealed-gel battery is said to take the platform to full height in just 10 seconds. The BoSS X3X has a three-scissor configuration, but its longer scissors enable it to reach a platform height of 3.2 m without the need for additional stabilisers, says Youngman, making it the highest push-around scissor lift on the market.

Youngman is also launching a new, patented, advance guardrail (AGR) system called BoSS Cam-Lock, which is said to combine simplicity of build with class-leading tower rigidity. To find out more, visit www.youngmangroup.com/height/products-and-systems/
