Stress Awareness Month

Psychological health and safety and equity, diversity and inclusion – what’s the link?

An Eversheds Sutherland and Women in Health and Safety network partner event for Stress Awareness Month.

Women in health and safetyIt may not be obvious but psychological health and safety management is an essential part of an organizations equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) strategy – and vice versa.

Organisations that are committed to ensuring psychologically safe and healthy workplaces, also need to be committed to ensuring equity, diversity and inclusion.

During this webinar, the panel will discuss this overlap and how the new international standard on psychological health and safety management, ISO 45003 addresses this relationship.

This looks like a fantastic event. Unfortunately I can’t attend due to a meeting clash. Will the webinar be recorded and made available after the event?
