What is your company doing to support employee wellbeing?
SHP and Healthy Work Company have launched a collaborative wellbeing survey, with the view to producing a whitepaper, highlighting some of the initiatives which organisations have undertaken during the coronavirus pandemic, as well as focusing on plans for the future.
The coronavirus pandemic has seen an increase in focus on company wellbeing, with many organisations realising that doing wellbeing well, means systemic changes which have to be bought into by the senior team and worked on in partnership between HR and health and safety teams.
In May 2020, a similar survey, carried out by Health Work Company, found that almost one in four Britons report a positive improvement in mental health during lockdown
The aim this time around is to get a snapshot of where organisations are now with wellbeing support in their companies – from the point of view of training, and reactive support such as EAPs, but also to share some of the initiatives which worked during the pandemic in terms of employee experience during lockdown particularly.
If you are responsible for, or an influencer in workplace wellbeing policy then this survey is for you!
Click here to take part in the survey. It takes 15 minutes and is complete anonymous.
Deadline for entries is 9 April. The results will be released in a whitepaper in June.
