• Why do we need to have conversations specifically about women? If we’re talking about diversity & inclusivity, shouldn’t we be talking about men as well?
• Do women face different challenges to men in safety, fire and security? And do they have different advantages?
• What can 1) organisations 2) managers 3) individuals do to support gender equality in our professions?
