This webinar is part of the Webinar Wednesdays series

Safety Culture is a term we hear frequently, it is often seen as a vital part of creating a successful EHS programme. However, promoting safety culture in isolation rather than incorporating into broader business objectives is a common trait.

In this webinar, we will consider practical tips in galvanising a strong safety culture including who to involve, the role of technology and what steps need to take place to achieve this integrated approach. We will also cover the importance of engagement within the hierarchy of an organisation as ultimately, for a successful safety culture to work it has to trickle down from the top.

Finally, we will relate this approach to our own Safety Maturity Model and demonstrate how aligning the two can drive sustainable long-term improvements.
