Craig McLaughlin

Craig has over 27 years’ experience in Health and Safety, gained initially in the electricity supply industry undertaking various roles. These ranged from constructing, maintaining and repairing overhead and underground distribution systems to operational safety engineer.

The past 22 years Craig has worked in the insurance sector as a risk management specialist with a focus on casualty, manufacturing and construction risk management for example.

Anna Hickman

Anna Hickman is Head of Health and Safety at Trent & Dove Housing, who provide social and affordable housing across East Staffordshire, North West Leicestershire and South Derbyshire. Anna has 20 years’ experience in developing health and safety management systems, engaging people and leading health and safety culture change. Trent & Dove Housing were the 2022 winners of the Sir George Earl Trophy, the highest accolade in the RoSPA Awards.

Jules Robinson

Jules is a newly qualified safety and health practitioner who draws on a variety of experience from her previous work ranging from facilities management and healthcare administration to penguin and seal rehabilitation. She’s joined Trent & Dove Housing to assist the delivery of their Sir George Earle Trophy win legacy project on fall prevention for social housing tenants. The project aims to demonstrate the effectiveness of education and awareness as fall prevention tools and draws its inspiration from the Fall Fighter materials developed by RSA and RoSPA.
