Fantastic 4 minute lecture again Dr Dom, the power of Servant Leadership (I call it the Sir Clive Woodward) approach. Works as brilliantly in safety as it does in sport!

Thanks Darren. Appreciate the kind words. If you can get double the impact for the same (or less) effort, it makes great sense to adopt the servant leadership style whenever possible.

Very informative video Dom, I think there’s a little bit of each type of leader in most successful health and safety managers, not an easy combination to achieve, which is why they are so much in demand.

As usually, you’ve captured the nitty gritty of the matter and shared it brilliantly in just 4 minutes.

I would welcome any tips you could offer which may help me to elicit such leadership behaviours from our organisational leaders.
