The owners of a farm in Scotland have admitted failing to protect two workers who were seriously injured when a telehandler careered down a steep hill.
Arbroath Sheriff Court heard that David Alston Jr and Ian Murray were working for Nether Dysart Farms, a limited liability partnership, when the incident took place at a farm in Montrose on 12 May 2010.€
