A new online tool has been launched to help managers motivate staff and reduce workplace stress.
The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) has partnered with the HSE to launch a free stress management tool, which is designed to help equip managers with the skills to manage positively.
Last year the CIPD carried out an absence management survey, which identified stress as the number-one cause of long-term sickness absence, and highlighted poor management as one of the top causes of work-related stress.€
