A worker suffered head and brain injuries during a poorly planned lifting operation at a warehouse in Yorkshire.
The man, who wishes to remain anonymous, was working as a driver and warehouse operative at steel stockholder Shelley Steels Ltd’s facility in Dodworth, Barnsley, when the incident took place on 8 March 2011.€
