Effective Software is delighted to announce the launch of Report on Site, which it describes as a powerful mobile reporting, inspection and auditing solution that streamlines data collection.
According to the company, Report on Site will work with mobile devices (initial Apple operating system release, with Android to follow), allowing users to carry out inspections and audits and generate formatted and exportable reports directly from the field.
Effective Software says it has an easy-to-use, intuitive design, and includes both photos and GPS details from mobile devices. The mobile app works both online and offline, meaning users can report, and create and close actions on the move, even from remote locations. Accounts are managed via a simple Web app.
Effective Software says that while Report on Site is a hugely powerful tool in its own right, it is also fully integrated with the company’s ‘health+safety’ system, meaning users can seamlessly transfer their ‘cloud’-based management-system information straight to employees in the field. Report on Site will allow offline mobile reporting for audits, inspection, incidents and site risk assessments, all on a mobile device with no data usage.
