Draeger says the state-of-the-art X-pect 8000 eyewear collection is joining its extensive range of personal protective equipment (PPE) at this year’s show. Comprising safety spectacles and goggles, Draeger says the new collection combines a stylish finish with optimum safety and maximum wearer comfort. Described as suitable for use with other forms of PPE such as ear defenders or respiratory protection, the range comprises a number of different models to suit a wide variety of applications from grinding, machining and painting through to
aboratory applications and working with gases or vapours.
Draeger will also unveil new portable gas detection instruments, alongside innovative transportable gasdetection systems for area monitoring, and new lightweight industrial breathing apparatus. In addition, there will be diagnostics equipment for drugs and alcohol testing, a range of chemical protective suits, and news on confined-space training courses.
