Safety goggles- DuraMaxx

PPE provider Sperian Protection has introduced DuraMaxx, a new generation of goggles said to combine innovation, comfort and performance.

The company says research among end users shows that comfort is the main factor in the use of protective eye equipment in such environments as factories, construction sites, and laboratories.

Sperian is responding to this with the launch of DuraMaxx, a product that it believes meets expectations in terms of comfort, anti-fog, ease of use, and durability.

Tested in several countries, the goggles’ ocular ergonomics are said to offer perfect vision and enhanced protection. Using Dura-streme technology, the goggles’ lenses are specially treated on each side: anti-fog on the inside, anti-scratch on the outside.

As well as featuring an elastic headband made from a soft elastomer with pivoting attachments that adjust to fit the face, the goggles can be worn over most spectacles as, says Sperian, they do not squeeze the frames, or prevent the frames from moving when removed.
DuraMaxx comes with a choice of five different lenses, providing a multitude of solutions for numerous applications.

Sperian says it is vital to build awareness about eye protection, and aims to encourage workers to use goggles and eye protection in general.
