Safety gloves – N-Dex Original (7005PF)

Designed some years ago now, as an alternative to natural-rubber latex (NRL) gloves, Best says its first N-Dex Original (7005PF) synthetic nitrile disposable glove still leads the market.

The glove benefits users, reports the company, through a combination of a soft supple feel and twice the strength and puncture resistance of NRL. Its low modulus formulation is said to provide an elasticity that makes the glove relax on the hand – offering greater comfort and less fatigue.

When introduced, the glove, adds Best, helped better protect those workers with latex-allergy issues, and led to further company research and development into other related fields, such as Type IV chemical hypersensitivity – an allergic reaction to the chemicals contained in some other gloves that, according to the firm, tried to copy the N-Dex performance. Its research resulted in “accelerator-free” gloves, which, the company says, provide exceptional protection and comfort for even the most sensitive of wearers.

Best’s range of nitrile disposables comprises more than 70 variants, offering a solution to every requirement.
The range is available from Globus. For more information, go to www.globus.co.uk or call 0161 877 4747.
