JSP CR2 reflective material

JSP has announced that its multi-coloured CR2 reflective material is now available on its EVO3 industrial safety helmet.
According to JSP, the CR2 technology uses the same high-intensity reflective material that is used on motorway signs. Available in a range of different colours, the reflective strips on the sides, back, front and top, give 360-degree reflective coverage, which JSP says makes it easily spotted in the dark or in low-level lighting.
The company says that the reflective colours on the EVO3 can also be used to boost corporate identity, since they can be matched to a company logo. Additionally, bespoke transfers, like a first-aider logo, or company name, can be printed onto the helmets if required.
JSP says that the EVO3 with CR2 technology is suitable for use in environments where there is a risk of objects falling and where it is essential for workers to be seen by operators of heavy equipment, such as construction, civil engineering, mining, motorways, railways, offshore, manufacturing and utilities.
Simon Apsey business development manager at JSP, said: “By putting coloured, highly-reflective, strips all round the helmet, JSP is making workers on our highways and construction sites visible and safer in all conditions.”
