Hand and arm-protection specialist Marigold® Industrial has launched a glove, which it says is suitable for the rigours and hazards of the construction, automotive and glazing industries.
The PGK10 BL glove is said to offer the wearer the highest level (level 5) of cut protection, combined with high-performance abrasion resistance (level 3), excellent puncture resistance and a high degree of flexibility.
Available in sizes 7 to 11, it comes in three versions: palm fit, with rubber coating on the palms; dipped (Tropique), with additional rubber coating across the back of the fingers; and with an extended safety cuff made of a PVC mix.
Suitable for those working in environments where there is a range of cut hazards, Marigold highlights the blue wrinkle finish on the palm as offering enhanced grip performance in both wet and dry environments.
The medium-weight 10-gauge seamless liner, manufactured from high-performance fibres, including Kevlar® and Techcor® knitting technology, ensures comfort for the wearer, while the non-coated back ensures the hands can breathe, says the company.
