3M says its new Virtua AP Safety Spectacles feature sleek unisex styling, with the wrap-around design featuring an integral side shield for improved safety and greater protection.
Described as lightweight and comfortable enough for all-day wear, the new range offers a choice of clear or grey lenses, which can be used indoors or outdoors in a wide variety of industrial applications. Both are said to protect against high-speed particles tested at extremes of temperatures in accordance with the European Standard EN166:2001.
The range also features CE-approved anti-scratch optical class 1 lenses, which protect against UV radiation and sun glare (grey lenses only) to EN170:2002 and EN172:1994, respectively.
