Richard HolmesRichard is a health and wellbeing expert who has dedicated his career to improving people’s quality of life. He’s passionate about the impact of health and wellbeing on business and individual performance, and manages Westfield Health’s exclusive partnership with Sheffield Hallam University’s Advanced Wellbeing Research Centre. Richard has been cited in, and contributed to, a number of wellbeing articles across trade and consumer titles, including The Metro, Employee Benefits and Occupational Health.

 

 

Tiffany Argent, QSHE Cluster Lead Manager, UK & Ireland, DB Schenker

Tiffany Argent photoTiffany Argent is currently the QSHE Lead Manager for UK & Ireland at DB Schenker. She is a chartered member of IOSH with over 15 years’ experience in health, safety, and environment. She has worked in various industries with a background in science and manufacturing. During the COVID pandemic Tiffany identified a need within the business to proactively support the wellbeing of her colleagues. The resultant Winter Wellbeing campaign lasted 16 weeks and positively reduced the effects of isolation across those working from home and engaged with those remaining in the workplace.

 

 

Nick Wright, Group Health, Safety & Wellbeing Manager, Vodafone Business

Nick WrightAs Group HSW Manager at Vodafone, Nick is responsible for providing strategic and operational advice and support for Group Enterprise leadership teams who operate globally and has played a key role in coordinating the organisations response to the pandemic. His past experience includes industry sectors such as HM Armed Forces, FCO and healthcare.

Ian Hart, Editor, SHP (Moderator)

Ian Hart, Editor, SHPIan joined Informa in 2018 as the Editor of SHP. He set up and hosts a monthly podcast, chairs regular webinars and writes widely on the subjects of occupational health, safety & wellbeing. Ian studied journalism at university before spending seven years in online fantasy gaming. Prior to moving to Informa, Ian worked in business to business trade print media, in the automotive sector. He was Online Editor and then moved on to be the Editor of two publications aimed at independent automotive technicians and parts distributors.

 

 

Connect 2021took place online from 1-30 June 2021. It will be the first time the health and safety profession can come together digitally on such a large scale.
