Webinar: Why occupational wellbeing strategies fail and how to fix them

Tuesday 10th September 11AM BST

Health and safety professionals face increasing challenges with current wellbeing initiatives that often fall short of expectations.

Many programmes fail to align with business goals, lack leadership support, or do not address the root causes of stress within organisations.

Join the discussion with expert speakers, Heather Beach, international wellbeing speaker and strategist, and Jane Murdoch, Chair at the Scottish Chamber of Safety, as we explore why these issues persist and what can be learned from the successes and failures of the past decade.

Gain insights into the future of occupational wellbeing and strategies for integrating wellbeing into organizational frameworks. We will discuss the critical importance of setting clear objectives, engaging senior leadership and line managers and understanding how occupational safety connects to overall worker wellbeing.

By attending this webinar, you’ll advance your understanding of:

  • The key reasons why current wellbeing strategies are not effective
  • How to engage senior leadership and managers in wellbeing initiatives
  • The importance of systemic approach when implementing wellbeing structures

This webinar is part 1 of a two part series. In part two our experts will focus on a recent study on personal resilience and the impact that it has on occupational wellbeing while fielding your questions on the topic.
