Health and well-being resources – BHF Health at Work

According to the British Heart Foundation (BHF), there are some simple steps you can take to increase the health and morale of your workforce. To help employers implement these measures, it has designed a new free package of resources.

Called Health at Work, the package is already used by more than 1200 employers, and provides tools to help anyone create and manage a workplace health and well-being programme.

It includes in-depth practical guides on health promotion; downloadable resources, from template policies to posters you can customise; access to training; and booklets and information for employees on a range of lifestyle and heart-health topics.

To receive your free welcome pack, containing ‘A quick guide to health at work’, join Health at Work for free at www.bhf.org.uk/healthatwork
