Training – Trainer Pack Plus

As part of ongoing efforts to meet its customers’ needs, RRC Training has developed a new range of DIY training kits, called Trainer Pack Plus.

The company describes Trainer Pack Plus as an innovative addition to its existing range of enabling tools, adding that it was conceived and developed to help busy HS&E managers who, while having the skills to deliver effective training to their staff, lack the time to develop training resources and so need a handy aid.

Each pack comprises sample lesson plans and a complete set of PowerPoint presentations for delivery of the course, as well as a full-colour supporting booklet with an unlimited reprint licence. Each course is designed to be delivered in just three-to-four hours. Titles currently available are: ‘Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment’, ‘Developing a Positive Health and Safety Culture’, and ‘Manual Handling’.

Designed to be adapted to meet the specific needs of business, each pack is available for a one-off fee of £495. Commented RRC’s managing director, Gary Fallaize: “These value-for-money Trainer Pack Plus kits are a quick and easy way for H&S managers to successfully deliver essential training to their staff in a morning, or an afternoon.

They will prove a very useful addition to the training options at their disposal and are an extremely cost-effective way of delivering much-needed H&S training.”
