Andy Robertson Associates is launching new in-house bespoke and IOSH-accredited EHS training courses, with follow-up coaching.
Before delivery, the firm consults clients on what they really need as “outputs” from the training, and these are then designed into each course. An example might be where a client not only needs delegates to be able to carry out a risk assessment but also use its software systems to type up the assessments.
A range of 25 courses has been launched, including 22 bespoke courses combining coaching, consulting, and formal training on environmental health and safety subjects. Topics include H&S awareness, risk assessment, manual handling, work at height, abrasive wheels, hand-arm vibration risk management, and internal auditor, in addition to IOSH Working safely and Managing safely courses.
