Securus Health & Safety Limited have announced a collaboration to meet increasing demand for their popular IOSH Approved Coaching for safety programme.
Owner Michael Emery said: “We’re delighted that Arnie Burrows of Foresight Health & Safety Consultants has agreed to support us – she brings so much to the course.”
The pair forged their partnership providing a number of courses for a key client in waste management. “The client wanted 12 delegates on a course,” says Michael, “which with Arnie’s support we were able to manage easily and the engagement and energy in the room was fantastic.”
Coaching for safety fits naturally with Foresight’s culture shift programme too. “For me, the case for coaching is obvious,” explains Arnie. “If you want employees to engage with the safety agenda you have to engage with them in a collaborative way and that’s what coaching is all about.”
