The market is evolving and many firms have updated their approach to employee protection alongside it, but the pace of change is not necessarily equal across all organisations. Unprecedented challenges caused by COVID-19 and Brexit have created more immediate priorities for some firms, and budgetary pressures have paused technology trials in others.
