Well done – Three stars for Michelin
The Michelin Tyre company has been accepted on to the Health and Safety Executive for Northern Ireland (HSENI)’s Recognising Excellence Programme.
Wilton Crawford, manager of the company’s Ballymena factory, was presented with the Recognising Excellence certificate and flag at a ceremony at the factory on 29 April by HSENI chair, Peter McKie.
Speaking at the presentation, Mr McKie said: “Being inducted on to the programme means that the company has and maintains the highest standards of health and safety against a background of employee engagement that spreads beyond the factory walls into the community. All the staff at Michelin are to be congratulated in achieving this recognition.”
Wilton Crawford said he and his team would strive to maintain and exceed their high standards.
